REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase from Courage and Redemption. We appreciate your support and stand behind the quality of our products.

Books & Workbooks
Due to the nature of physical books, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lacricia@courageandredemption.com with a photo of the damage and we will send a replacement at no charge.

Digital Products & eBooks
All digital product sales are final. No refunds will be issued for eBooks or downloadable content once purchased.

Apparel & Merchandise
We accept returns on apparel and merchandise for defective items only within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Please contact us at lacricia@courageandredemption.com to initiate a return.

Non-Defective Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for non-defective items. All sales are final except in cases of damage or defect.

Processing Time
Refunds or replacements are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your request.
